Saturday Auctions
Our auctions are held on Saturdays to assure the maximum number of buyers in attendance. Equipment is available for pre-viewing Thursday and Friday all day and early on Saturday morning to allow ample time for our buyers to examine all of our trucks and equipment. Our success with the WCA Saturday auction allows our buyers the most convenient time to pre-view and purchase equipment.

Sellers are provided with several contract options offering flexibility in managing your inventory. WCA can purchase your equipment for a pre-determined price, offer straight commission or we can provide a guarantee amount. Our sales staff will work with you to determine which contract option is most suitable for your needs.
WCA prides itself and is known for its quick processing of proceeds to our sellers. After your equipment is auctioned, our sales staff faxes over your preliminary seller statement providing you with sale data prior to your proceeds disbursement. Within 10 business days after the auction, if all contract provisions are met, your check is promptly placed in the mail, sent overnight, delivered by our sales staff or available for pickup at our corporate offices in Fallbrook, California or the Moreno Valley auction site.

After auction services include loading assistance and coordination of hauling. Arrangements can also be made for the dismantling and containerizing of equipment for overseas shipments. Copies of your invoice are faxed to your office on Sunday following the auction for your convenience.

Our consignor donation program gives our sellers the option of taking a tax deduction in lieu of their auction proceeds.
